More Space for Teachers

A 501(c)3 Nonprofit Educational Organization

Teachers in Space, Inc. is a nonprofit educational organization in North America that stimulates student interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). We make this possible by providing teachers with real space science experiences, space flight opportunities, and industry connections. Our ultimate goal is to fly teachers regularly into space and return them to their classrooms.

“Your Surviving Space workshop at CAMI was the best professional development workshop I’ve attended in 20 years of teaching. The quality of the experiences plus the cutting-edge classroom content provided by Scott Wiley and Sten Odenwald was exceptional and inspiring. Teachers in Space is the Best of the Best.” – Matthew Pearce, Founding Science Department Chair of West Ranch High School, William S Hart School District, CA
